Hopkins home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Hopkins rose by $37,165 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $275,835 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Hopkins in October 2018.
