Dayton home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Dayton rose by $78,600 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 28.7% increase over the $273,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dayton in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
