New Hope home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in New Hope fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in New Hope in November 2018.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
