New Brighton home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in New Brighton fell by $1,600 while total sales increased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,500 - a 0.5% decrease over the $291,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in New Brighton in August 2017.
