New Brighton home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in New Brighton rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 46.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 2% increase over the $230,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in New Brighton in November 2017.
