St. Paul home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in St. Paul rose by $22,250 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 205 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $175,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 236 homes sold in St. Paul in January 2018.
