Lauderdale home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Lauderdale rose by $5,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,450 - a 2.8% increase over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in May 2018.
