New Brighton home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in New Brighton rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 111.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,500 - a 15.9% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in New Brighton in July 2018.
