Little Canada home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Little Canada fell by $12,150 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $277,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Little Canada in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for 2019 was $3,229. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,730. This marks an increase of 18.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
