North St. Paul home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in North St. Paul rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 6% increase over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in North St. Paul in August 2018.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for 2019 was $2,756. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,578. This marks an increase of 6.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
