Falcon Heights home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Falcon Heights rose by $83,100 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,500 - a 28.9% increase over the $287,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Falcon Heights in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Falcon Heights for 2019 was $4,226. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,884. This marks an increase of 8.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
