North St. Paul home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in North St. Paul rose by $4,300 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $225,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in North St. Paul in October 2018.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for 2019 was $2,756. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,578. This marks an increase of 6.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
