Lauderdale home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Lauderdale rose by $6,245 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $258,756 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lauderdale in November 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for 2019 was $2,721. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,520. This marks an increase of 8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
