Savage home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Savage rose by $20,100 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 180 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 7% increase over the $286,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in Savage in the second quarter of 2018.
