Shakopee home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Shakopee rose by $13,350 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,100 - a 5.5% increase over the $243,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 238 homes sold in Shakopee in the second quarter of 2018.
