New Prague home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in New Prague fell by $17,302 while total sales remained unchanged with 30 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,950 - a 6.7% decrease over the $257,252 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in New Prague in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
