Savage home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Savage rose by $22,125 while total sales decreased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,825 - a 8% increase over the $277,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Savage in the fourth quarter of 2018.
