Shakopee home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Shakopee rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 1% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 189 homes sold in Shakopee in the fourth quarter of 2018.
