Cologne home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Cologne rose by $56,000 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,000 - a 23.8% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Cologne in the first quarter of 2018.
