Waconia home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Waconia rose by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $269,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Waconia in the first quarter of 2018.
