Carver home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Carver fell by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 15.3% decrease over the $313,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Carver in the first quarter of 2018.
