Chanhassen (Carver County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Chanhassen in Carver County rose by $7,050 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 157 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $342,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 138 homes sold in Chanhassen in the second quarter of 2018.
