Chaska home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Chaska rose by $76,500 while total sales increased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,750 - a 32.1% increase over the $238,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Chaska in the second quarter of 2018.
