Woodland home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Woodland fell by $67,995 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,407,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $1,474,995 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodland in the third quarter of 2017.
