Deephaven home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Deephaven rose by $238,000 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $875,000 - a 37.4% increase over the $637,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Deephaven in the third quarter of 2017.
