Orono home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Orono fell by $56,264 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,450 - a 8.9% decrease over the $633,714 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Orono in the third quarter of 2017.
