Inver Grove Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Inver Grove Heights rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 156 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 12% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 155 homes sold in Inver Grove Heights in the third quarter of 2017.
