St. Paul Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in St. Paul Park rose by $7,400 while total sales increased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $212,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in St. Paul Park in the third quarter of 2017.
