Shorewood home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Shorewood rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Shorewood in the third quarter of 2017.
