Lilydale home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Lilydale rose by $107,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 44.1% increase over the $242,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lilydale in the first quarter of 2018.
