Castle Rock home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Castle Rock fell by $82,551 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,450 - a 22.3% decrease over the $370,001 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Castle Rock in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
