Randolph home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Randolph rose by $34,600 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,500 - a 15.4% increase over the $224,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Randolph in the first quarter of 2018.
