Inver Grove Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Inver Grove Heights fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 20.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 6.7% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Inver Grove Heights in the first quarter of 2018.
