South St. Paul home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in South St. Paul rose by $11,450 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,900 - a 5.8% increase over the $198,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in South St. Paul in the first quarter of 2018.
