Grant home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Grant rose by $6,125 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $528,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Grant in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Grant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,106, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
