Hugo home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Hugo rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,500 - a 4.4% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Hugo in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Hugo for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,532, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
