St. Paul Park home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in St. Paul Park fell by $1,600 while total sales decreased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,400 - a 0.7% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in St. Paul Park in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Paul Park for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,097, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
