Lakeland home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lakeland fell by $74,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,750 - a 25.8% decrease over the $288,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lakeland in the fourth quarter of 2018.
