Castle Rock home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Castle Rock rose by $120,200 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $457,200 - a 35.7% increase over the $337,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Castle Rock in the second quarter of 2018.
