Empire home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Empire rose by $98,170 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 37.9% increase over the $258,830 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Empire in the second quarter of 2018.
