Lakeville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lakeville rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 280 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,500 - a 1.5% increase over the $306,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 323 homes sold in Lakeville in the second quarter of 2018.
