Lilydale home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lilydale fell by $69,400 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,500 - a 19.7% decrease over the $352,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lilydale in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
