Burnsville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Burnsville fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 268 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Burnsville in the second quarter of 2018.
