Hampton (Dakota County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Hampton in Dakota County rose by $15,825 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,825 - a 6.5% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hampton in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
