South St. Paul home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in South St. Paul rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in South St. Paul in the second quarter of 2018.
