Nininger home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Nininger fell by $169,700 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,500 - a 27.3% decrease over the $622,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Nininger in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Nininger for 2019 was $2,923. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,882. This marks an increase of 1.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.6%.
