Randolph home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Randolph fell by $14,900 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $349,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Randolph in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Randolph for 2019 was $2,253. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,000. This marks an increase of 12.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
