Lilydale home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lilydale rose by $222,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $451,000 - a 97.4% increase over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lilydale in the fourth quarter of 2018.
