Lakeville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lakeville rose by $11,625 while total sales decreased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 185 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,000 - a 4% increase over the $290,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 228 homes sold in Lakeville in the fourth quarter of 2018.
