Eureka Center home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Eureka Center fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 1.8% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Eureka Center in the fourth quarter of 2018.
